This privacy policy complements the legal notice and general terms of use located in the footer of the Website.

  • processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by a third party.

Your personal data will be kept for a reasonable period, which may not exceed 3 years from the last contact from the prospect. The Data Controller may, however, retain some of your data beyond this period in order to meet its legal and regulatory obligations.

Only the Data Controller and company staff will have access to your personal data.

It may also be transmitted to companies responsible for the management, execution and processing of payment transactions.

  • Right of access to your personal data, in accordance with Article 15 of the RGPD: you can thus access all personal data processed by the Site, at any time.
  • Right to rectify your personal data, in accordance with Article 16 of the RGPD: you may at any time request the modification of any personal data that may be inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete.
  • Right to erasure of your personal data, pursuant to Article 17 of the RGPD: you may request the erasure of your personal data or prohibit their future collection if:
    • the processing of your data is no longer necessary;
    • you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data;
    • you object to the processing of your personal data;
    • your personal data has been processed unlawfully;
    • your personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation;
    • your personal data has been collected as part of the information company’s service offering to children, in accordance with Article 8§1 of the RGPD.
  • Right to the limitation of your personal data, pursuant to Article 18 of the RGPD: you may obtain the limitation of your personal data in the following cases:
    • your data is inaccurate ;
    • you object to the erasure of your data in the event of unlawful processing ;
    • you need your personal data to establish, exercise or defend your legal rights;
    • you have objected to the processing of your personal data.
  • Right to the portability of your data, pursuant to Article 20 of the RGPD: you can thus receive the personal data you have provided in a readable format, but also demand the transfer to any other Data Controller of your choice.
  • Right to object to the processing of your data, pursuant to Article 21 of the RGPD: you may at any time object to the processing of your personal data, unless the Data Controller demonstrates that there are legitimate and compelling grounds for the processing or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a European supervisory authority, in accordance with Article 77 of the RGPD: in France, this is the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL).
  • Right to define directives relating to the retention, deletion and communication of your data after your death, pursuant to Article 85, I, of Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular through the use of the tools mentioned in article 7.

If your data is transferred to a country that has been the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission, the level of protection complies with the provisions of the RGPD and in this sense does not require any specific authorization.

If your data is transferred to a country whose level of protection is not adequate, the Data Controller provides appropriate safeguards, such as binding corporate rules, a code of conduct, a certification mechanism, etc.

ARTICLE 10 – MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Website editor reserves the right to modify the present confidentiality policy in order to comply with the legislation in force, in particular its evolutions, at any time. You are therefore invited to consult the privacy policy as soon as you use the Website.

Any changes will apply as of the effective date of the modified privacy policy. Consequently, they will not affect any purchases you may have made on the Website, which will remain subject to the privacy policy as you accepted it when validating your purchases.
